USES OF HERBS ON COMMON ILLNESSES

Dosages are base on the existing disease conditions, but consult with the professionals should be considered once not responsive to the given/ proposed herbal supplement regiments. Present medications taken by the patients should not be withheld or removed, unless per instruction by the physician.
Terminology ( for dosaging )
OD – once a day ( 1*/day )
BID – twice a day ( 2*/day )
TID – three times a day ( 3*/day )
QID – four times a day ( 4*/day )
PRN – as needed / as necessary
P.C. – after meals
A.C. before meals
HS – at bedtime
AD LIBITUM – as desired
